Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, company, email address, country, a link to your Google Business Profile if you provide it, and the content of your message, which may include details of reviews and reviewers. Our web server also records standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the English and German pages. The only item stored in your browser is your choice on the cookie notice.

Why we collect it and on what legal basis

We use your data to assess your request, reply to you and, if you go ahead, deliver the service. The legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation is Article 6(1)(b): processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform it. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, Article 6(1)(f).

We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not share your data with third parties except as needed to deliver the service, for example a lawyer you engage in your country, and only with your knowledge.

International transfer

Webfinity is established in Türkiye, and your data is stored and processed there. Türkiye is not covered by an EU adequacy decision. If you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent rules, the transfer takes place under Article 49(1)(b) GDPR: it is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us, or for pre-contractual steps taken at your request. By sending the form you request those steps.

We apply the same protections regardless of where you are: access limited to the people handling your request, encrypted transport, and the retention limit below.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where we deliver a service, we keep the case file for up to two years after completion so that we can respond if a removed review is restored or a question arises, then delete it. Server logs are rotated within ninety days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to the email address in the footer; we respond within thirty days and do not charge for it. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

The English and German pages set no analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores one value in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
