What to send
- Your Google Business Profile link, or the business name and city.
- The reviews you are concerned about: a screenshot or the reviewer name and date is enough to start.
- Your country, because the route depends on it.
- Anything that supports your case: no matching customer record, a competitor connection, threats or demands for money.
