Who we are

Webfinity is a digital marketing agency based in Istanbul, working since 2019 on search visibility, advertising and reputation for businesses in Turkey. Google review reporting is one of our established services in the Turkish market, where we handle the same process for restaurants, clinics, hotels and professional firms.

We work on monthly terms without long contracts, we take one client per sector per city, and we do not promise rankings, followers or outcomes in any service. That last rule matters most in review removal, where the decision is not ours to make.

Why an agency in Istanbul for international review removal

Google's review policy and reporting tool are the same everywhere. The process we run for a clinic in Istanbul is the process we run for a dentist in Manchester: read the review against the policy, build the evidence, file the report properly, use the appeal once and well. Doing it across many cases is what makes the difference, and location does not change that.

What does change by country is the legal route, and we do not pretend to be lawyers in seven jurisdictions. We know the public rules well enough to tell you honestly whether a legal route exists for your case, and we prepare the facts so that a lawyer in your country can act quickly where one is needed.

How we work with clients abroad

Everything is remote. You send the reviews and your profile link through the contact form; we reply by email within one business day; calls are by video when useful. We do not ask for passwords or admin access; a link to your listing is enough. If a large case is easier to track through Google's tool, you grant access to our registered organisation ID in Business Profile Manager and remove it when the case closes.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Istanbul time, which is UTC+3. That overlaps with the whole European working day and the morning in the Gulf; for Australia and the US we schedule calls around the overlap.
